Cellicon® solution

Seed train intensification allows for significantly higher cell densities compared to traditional batch processes. This is achieved through methods such as using perfusion processes, or integrating cryopreservation techniques to streamline the inoculation of production bioreactors.

  • Cellicon® Cell Retention Solution separates and retains cells in a culture while allowing the surrounding media and waste products to pass through, maintaining high cell densities, improving cell viability, and facilitating continuous production.
  • Mobius® High Cell Density Cryopreservation Assemblies enable seed train inoculation of cells at higher densities, ( > 50 x 10^6^ cells/mL) and larger volumes and allows for direct inoculation of bioreactors.
