Helge Carstens brings more than 20 years of expertise in marketing and customer insights to his current role where he is responsible for communicating supply chain improvements and advocating for customer needs within the manufacturing organization. Previously, he held the position of head of market research at Merck's innovation center and was team lead for customer research at Kantar. Helge holds a master’s degree in social science, psychology and political science, from the University of Heidelberg.
