Turning the PAGE - Tips & Tricks for Protein Electrophoresis

WEBINAR

Deepen your knowledge about the electrophoresis technique. You will be presented with helpful tips and tricks and introduced to our brand new innovations for this widely known lab technique.

In this webinar, you will learn about:

  • Important factors that influence PAGE performance
  • Best practices in sample preparation
  • How to choose the best gel composition
  • How to set up appropriate electrophoresis run conditions
  • Different methods of protein visualization.

Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE) is a fundamental technique in protein biology. It is used to separate proteins or other macromolecules by their electrophoretic mobility and can be performed on its own or in conjugation with other protein characterization techniques such as Western Blotting and Mass Spectroscopy.
