This webinar presents a practical use case of a PAT integration in a fed-batch cell culture process, using ProCellics™ Raman Analyzer and Siemens SIPAT orchestration platform. Ready-to-use chemometric models enabled real-time monitoring of Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs), including glucose, lactate, and protein titer. Raman predictions and offline reference measurements were integrated into a common interface, and a feedback control loop assessed a real-time glucose-based feeding strategy. The session covers the experimental setup, OPC UA® connectivity, integration approach, key learnings, and future opportunities for PAT-enabled monitoring, control, and automation.
