Ivan Donzelot

Ivan Donzelot is the Head of Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) for the Life Science business of Merck, overseeing global manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, and distribution. The ISCO organization is committed to delighting customers by collaborating with empowered Value Chains and aligning across various functions to meet business objectives while providing competitive end-to-end (E2E) services. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality, it drives efficiency through process excellence, technology, and standardization, proudly establishing a best-in-class manufacturing and distribution network that addresses the diverse needs of customers worldwide.

Ivan brings three decades of experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations, as well as extensive intercultural experience, to the role. Before joining the Life Science business, Donzelot was Senior Vice President, EMEA Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Enterprise Operations for 3M, based in Switzerland. Prior to that he held various leadership roles in global manufacturing at 3M, including their Chemicals and Automotive businesses, based in St. Paul, Minnesota. He also spent time in Guangzhou, China, where he served as China Manufacturing & Supply Chain and Lean Six Sigma General Manager for Andritz AG, an international technology group providing plants, systems, equipment and services for various industries. He began his career in 1995 as an Operations Engineer for 3M in France.

Ivan holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon, France. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and participated in INSEAD’s Asian Executive Program in 2011. He is a former board member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Guangzhou, China and American Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France. Married and a father of three, he holds a black belt in Judo and loves skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
