Automate Your Order Processing Using Subscriptions

We are excited to announce the release of a new feature on sigmaaldrich.com - Subscriptions!* When adding an item to your cart from a product detail page, simply change the item from a one-time order to a subscription order, select desired frequency and add it to your cart. Once you place your order, we will automate the ordering process for you based on your desired frequency. Don’t want it anymore? Feel free to cancel at any time on your Account Management page.

To utilize the Subscriptions feature, simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to our homepage at sigmaaldrich.com, conduct a product search, and proceed to a product detail page of an item that is eligible for Ships Today.
2. Click on “Subscription Order” in the Buy box on the right column of the page. Select quantity, frequency and then “Add to Cart”.
3. When viewing the Cart, you can change the quantity and frequency if needed.
4. When viewing the Checkout screen, you can change the estimated shipping date to start your subscription at a later date.
5. Once the order is submitted, it will be shown in the Order Center. Automated orders will automatically show up here as well. We will send you an email reminder a week before an automated order is placed.
6. Go to your Account -> Subscriptions to easily view and cancel your Subscriptions.
