General description
For high vacuum and for fast pumping of large volumes of gas or vapor in production operations. Chemically and thermally inert fluids. General purpose for pumping large volumes of gas, vacuum range 10-5 to 10-7 torr. Also suitable for use in Aldrich swivel McLeod vacuum gauges.
Application
Single component fluid for ultra high or ultra clean vacuums of 10-9 to 10-10 torr (untrapped) and 10-11 torr (trapped). Very low vapor pressure and back-streaming rate; resistant to oxidation, hydrolysis and radiation.
