General description

NanoFabTx^™ reagent, PEGPLGA-75L is a component of our NanoFabTx^™ drug formulation screening kits (917796, 915408), which include additional reagents and protocols for nanoprecipitation and microfluidics to synthesize 100-200 nm nanoparticles. NanoFabTx^™ reagent, PEGPLGA-75L is a pegylated poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) polymer. PLGA is a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer that has been used widely in drug delivery systems for controlled drug release of many different types of therapeutic molecules.

Application

NanoFabTx^™ reagent, PEGPLGA-75L can be used as a refill for the component in our NanoFabTx^™ drug formulation screening kits (917796, 915408).
