General description
Rethink your bioinks with TissueFab®
About the material:
This TissueFab® porous bioink kit contains:
*TissueFab® porous bioink, 25-150µm, Vis/405 nm
*TissueFab® dissolution solution
Printing and crosslinking parameters:
*Suitable for extrusion bioprinting
*Photocrosslinking at 405nm wavelength (Visible light)
This TissueFab® porous bioink kit is designed for bioprinting porous, cell-laden hydrogels in customizable shapes without the need for supporting materials. This advanced bioink incorporates alginate-based microspheres, which range in size from 25 to 150µm, facilitating the creating of intricate tissue structures. Upon exposure to 405 nm light, the bioink undergoes photocrosslinking, ensuring stability and integrity during the printing process. After printing, the cell-friendly TissueFab® dissolution solution can be applied to remove the microspheres, resulting in a porous architecture that significantly enhances cell spreading and migration, differentiation and maturation, and tissue production while improving nutrient diffusion through the hydrogel scaffold.
More information and a step by step protocol can be found under the "More Documents" section of this page.
