General description
PCR plates consisting of 96 PCR tubes (0.2 mL), with alphanumeric coding. Ultra-thin wall design facilitates rapid and steady heat transfer. Smooth interior tube surface minimizes binding of enzymes and nucleic acids. Raised rims of wells protect against cross-contamination and provide tight seal particularly in combination with BRAND´s new sealing mats. Furthermore these sealing mats can be easily pierced with standard pipette tips. The PCR-plates can also be sealed with traditional self-adhesive sealing films. Skirted plates are available with bar code on request.
