Diamido-dPEG^®₁₁-diamine is a linear, carboxylate reactive homobifunctional dPEG^® crosslinker of length of 57.1 Å. The dPEG^® chain contains exactly 11 repeat units. It is hydrophilic and non-immunogenic. Products conjugated to dPEG^® crosslinkers have improved water solubility, reduced immunogenicity, and larger hydrodynamic volume, which results in longer serum half-life in vivo.
