Silicon nitrode microporous TEM window with single square of 500x500 micron size, and 50 nm thick SiN. Plasma cleanable, less than 0.5nm variation in film thickness, tolerate temperatures above 1000 ˚C, provides flat, insulating and hydrophobic surfaces
