Heat transfer block

Aluminum blocks have excellent heat transfer rates and will not interfere with magnetic stirring. Replaces glass sand baths in microscale experiments. Use on top of stirring/hot plates.

Will fit 3 and 5 mL thin-walled vials and 5, 10, and 25 mL round-bottom flasks. Three bowl shaped recesses, one 20 mm straight-through hole, one deep bowl-shaped hole, and one hole for a thermometer. 31/2 in. square × 3/4 in. thick.
