General description
Increased surface area and effectiveness when compared with the corresponding Liebig condenser. Inner cooling surface gives a baffling effect, while outer cooling surface prevents creep and loss of vapour when used with low boiling liquids.

- Manufactured from 3.3 expansion borosilicate glass complying with ISO 3585 (ASTM E-438 Type 1 Class A)
- Highly efficient condenser with large cooling surface making it suitable for distillation, reflux & Soxhlet extraction applications. Suitable for substances with low boiling points.
- Inner cooling surface gives ′baffle′ effect
- Outer cooling surface prevents ′creep′ with low boiling point liquids
- Supplied with detachable plastic screw thread connectors which allow 9mm bore flexible tubing to be fitted easily and safely
- Note: The CX5/25/SC condenser has a plain tube top instead of a socket joint
