General description
The double junction sensors combine to provide durability and longevity against challenging substance properties in both lab and field applications. Waterproof and designed to float in water, they are ideal for field-based testing environments – with a convenient loop for security line attachment. 30 series pocket meters include a replaceable double-junction electrode sensor that is designed for more aggressive applications, including wastewater and solutions containing sulfides, heavy metals, and TRIS. The electrode sensor offers a clog-resistant Kynar junction and a recessed, glass pH bulb to protect against breakage and allow for easy maintenance and replacement. A Valox sensor housing resists most chemicals. An easy-to-use three-button system allows for technician level use and measurement. Up to 3 calibration points with auto-buffer recognition at both USA and NIST standard buffers. Additional features include an automatic temperature compensation (ATC), hold function, auto-off function, self-diagnostic error messages, and a three-segment battery-life indicator. Waterproof pHTestr 30 is great for outdoor applications such as taking pH measurements in lakes and streams.
