Aldrich^® high-efficiency variable take off head

Vapor from the distillation column passes through the upper holes in the take-off head and into the condenser. The condensed liquid can be drained into a side storage flask (PTFE valve open), or allowed to return to the distillation column (PTFE valve closed) through a slot in the lower part of the head. The upper and lower ST joints permit the use of take-off head with different distillation columns and condensers. Features a precision PTFE valve, and vacuum/purge hose connections with a PTFE stopcock.
A 50mm immersion length thermometer is recommended.
