Preparation Note
Dissolve lipids in 1-mL ethyl alcohol. Use heat and sonication as necessary to achieve full dissolution. Dilute nucleic acid in aqueous buffer. Combine solvent and aqueous phase by solvent injection. Remove ethanol by dialysis.
