General description
大豆磷脂(PC)或卵磷脂是从Glycine Max（大豆）中分离出的。它是一种磷脂混合物，以磷脂酰胆碱为主要成分，其次是磷脂酰乙醇胺和磷脂酰肌醇。
Application
大豆PC(40%)已用于制备细胞色素c囊化脂质体，用于蛋白质脂质体内化研究。
