General description
DSPE-PEG (2000) Carboxy NHS is a 1,2-Distearoyl-sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine (DSPE) with attached polyethylene glycol (PEG), containing active carboxy N-Hydroxysuccinimide ester (NHS). It’s a linear heterobifunctional self-assembling reagent to prepare PEGylated liposomes or micelles, while also providing an NHS group for conjugation with amine-containing molecules.
Application
- 增强骨髓瘤细胞检测：本文使用DSPE-PEG(2000)羧基制备荧光标记的XT5修饰纳米胶囊，以提高骨髓瘤细胞检测的灵敏度。说明它可用于生物医学诊断和靶向疗法(Norouz Dizaji et al., 2022)。
