ViewPoint® thermochromic tubes are designed to identify sample temperature to support existing workflows without the need for reworked protocols or equipment. ViewPoint® tubes transition from clear to blue when samples reach target cold temperatures. This two step and reversible thermochromic transition offers real-time temperature signaling to indicate that a sample has reached 4°C and 0 °C. ViewPoint® tubes are designed as a fail-safe cue before a sample has frozen, saving bench scientists time and eliminating generic, inefficient 30-minute incubations.
