General description
The assay variation of the SMC Human SARS-CoV-2 RBD IgG Immunoassay kit were studied using twenty-one plasma samples, with roughly half positive and half negative, run in triplicate by 2 different operators on 2 different days. Mean intra-assay variation for all samples was < 15%. Mean inter-assay variation for all samples was < 21%.
Application
This new streamline kit has the following features including:
- For use with the state of the art TM=["SMCxPRO"] Ultrasensitive Immunoassay System
- Qualitative assay; for research use only<br />• Detects SARS-CoV-2 RBD specific IgG antibody within 3 days of PCR positive result
- Requires as little as 2?L of human serum and plasma sample (1:50 recommended dilution)
- Fast assay protocol (one hour capture, 30 minute detection steps)
