说明

General description

A blood brain barrier permeable, positive allosteric modulator of the metabotropic GABA_B receptor. Shown to modulate GABA_B receptor in the high affinity state and thereby increases agonist affinity for the receptor. Also enhances agonist potency and efficacy even on recombinant GABA_B receptors. Exhibits anxiolytic effects in rodents.
