Features and Benefits

High Sensitivity Detection: Detects picogram-level cytokine concentrations, ideal for studying subtle immune responses in low-inflammation models.

Broad Analyte Coverage: Measures 18 key cytokines including IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12(p70), IL-13, IL-17A, IFNγ, TNFα, GM-CSF, MCP-1, MIP-2, KC, LIX, and IL-7.

Verified for In Vitro and In Vivo Models: Proven performance in stimulated PBMC cultures and mouse models of aging, obesity, and inflammation.

High Precision and Accuracy: Intra-assay CV <10%, inter-assay CV <15%, and accuracy between 82–102% across analytes.

Reveal Hidden Immune Signals: Ideal for detecting low-level cytokine expression that standard assays may miss—critical for understanding early or chronic immune responses.

General description

Mouse T cell cytokines are critical signaling molecules produced by T cells that play essential roles in the immune response. They facilitate communication between immune cells, influencing the activation, proliferation, and differentiation of various immune cell types. Key cytokines include interleukins (such as IL-2 and IL-4) and interferons, which help orchestrate both innate and adaptive immune responses in mice.
