General description
Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa-B Ligand (RANKL) is a pivotal biomarker involved in bone metabolism, immune regulation, and neuroinflammation. Its expression reflects osteoclast activity and has implications in neurodegenerative conditions where bone-immune-brain interactions are relevant. Measurement of RANKL in human samples supports research into neurological disorders, autoimmune diseases, and bone-related pathologies. This panel enables sensitive and specific quantification of RANKL, facilitating translational studies and therapeutic monitoring in neuroscience and immunology.
Application
MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Quantify RANKL in human serum, plasma, or tissue culture supernatant samples.
Analyte included: RANKL (Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa-B Ligand)
Assay Characteristics: Refer to kit protocol for assay cross-reactivity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy.
