General description
Millipore的MicropreSure®监测仪用于在封闭系统内对液体进行采样和过滤，从而最大程度地降低了在生产环境中采样时因外来污染而导致假阳性结果的风险。大体积可以一次过滤，也可以在较长时间内缓慢过滤。其设计用于加压工艺管线或储层取样。MicropreSure®装置可处理高达3 bar的压力。液体样品通过MicropreSure®装置内的微孔膜过滤，过滤后，将设备的入口和出口密封起来，以便运回实验室，而不会造成污染。可直接加入肉汤培养基培养，进行微生物计数。该膜由直径为47mm的黑色网格状混合纤维素酯(MCE)制成，孔径为0.45 μm。
