  • Streamlines experimental workflows with high-throughput, multi-analyte capability

General description

Adiponectin, sE-Selectin, and sICAM-1 are critical biomarkers involved in vascular health, inflammation, and endothelial function. Adiponectin is an anti-inflammatory adipokine that enhances insulin sensitivity and protects vascular integrity. sE-Selectin and sICAM-1 are adhesion molecules expressed on endothelial cells during inflammation, facilitating leukocyte recruitment and signaling vascular injury. Together, these analytes provide insight into endothelial activation, metabolic dysfunction, and inflammatory response in rat models of vascular injury
