EndoGRO^® LS Supplement Kit

To form EndoGRO^®-LS Complete Media Kit both components arerequired: Basal Medium (Catalog No. SCME-BM) and Supplement Mix (Catalog No. SCME001-S).

EndoGRO^® Media Formulations provide an optimal cell cultureenvironment for many types of endothelial cells, including HUVEC, aorticendothelial cells and other human large vessel and microvascular endothelialcells. These media have been shown to grow endothelial cells at rates that meetor exceed commercially available serum containing media, while maintainingexcellent cell morphology. The media are packaged in a specially designed UVprotective shrinkwrap for added stability, which includes a temperature gauge thathelps prevent contamination. EndoGRO^® Media contain no antimicrobials and nophenol red, components that can cause cell stress and masking effects that mayinfluence experimental results. Four different media formulations are availablefor various applications and cell culture requirements.




The EndoGRO^®-LS CompleteCulture Media Kit is intended for low serum culture of Human Endothelial Cells,HUVEC, aortic endothelial cells & other large vessel endothelial cells. Itdoes not contain VEGF.

Basal Medium (SCME-BM) should be stored at 2 - 8ºC. Thespecial UV protective packaging protects EndoGRO^® Medium from light damage,however users should take care to protect medium from extended exposure tolight. Supplement Kits (SCME001-S, SCME002-S, SCME003-S, SCME004-S) should bestored at -20ºC. See individual labels for expiry date. Supplemented medium shouldbe stored at 2 - 8ºC in the dark. Use within 1 month of supplementation. Do notfreeze.
