General description

The Mobius® Ultimus® BinAssembly features a single-use design utilizing our advanced Ultimus®film, specifically engineered for demanding applications like large-volume liquid processing.

Available in Mobius® 3D assemblies rangingfrom 100L to 2000L, as well as in Mobius® MIX and iFlex Bioreactor assemblies,Ultimus® film supports healthy cell growth by excluding Irgafos 168.

It has undergone rigorous testing forextractables to ensure suitability for various processes. Thefilm′s construction includes a gas barrier layer of Ethylene Vinyl Alcoholcopolymer (EVOH) and a Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) outer layer that boostsleak resistance.

Application

The Mobius® Ultimus® Bin Assembly is engineered forsingle-use applications in large-volume liquid processing, making it ideal forbiopharmaceutical manufacturing, cell culture, and other critical operations.
This innovative film technology enhances bagstrength, durability, and leak resistance through a unique strength layerreinforced with woven nylon. Utilizing our innovative Ultimus® film, this assembly providessuperior strength and durability, essential for handling challenging processes.
The Mobius® Ultimus® Bin Assembly is designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern bioprocessing, ensuring optimal performance andsafety in critical applications.
