Preparation Note
将45.6g悬浮于1000ml蒸馏水中。加热至沸腾以完全溶解所有培养基。15 Ibs压力 (121 °C) 下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。冷却至45-50°C并倒入无菌培养皿。
