Application

Anti-TAL1 (AB2) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 5 μg/ml. For immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration of 4-8 μg/ml is suitable.

Biochem/physiol Actions

TAL1/SCL regulates osteoclast-differentiation via GATA-2, macrophage colony-stimulating factor, and osteoclast-differentiation factor/osteoprotegerin ligand pathway.
