Mouse NS1 x BALB/c mouse
This antibody recognises the human CD200 (OX2) antigen present on a variety of cells including activated T lymphocytes, neurons, follicular dendritic cells and endothelium.
Preparation Note
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Seed at 5 x 10,000 cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 500,000 - 1000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO2, 37°C. Start in 20% FBS when recovering from frozen.
