Biochem/physiol Actions
The hybridoma cell line OX-110 secretes monoclonal IgG2a antibodies reactive with mouse CD200R.
Preparation Note
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Seed at 5 x 104 cells/ml (5 x 105 cells/ml at resuscitation). Subculture when cells reach 5 x 105 -1 x 106 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO2, 37°C. 20% FBS can be used at resuscitation.
