Recombinant CD200R

The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG2a.

The hybridoma cell line OX-110 secretes monoclonal IgG2a antibodies reactive with mouse CD200R.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Seed at 5 x 10⁴ cells/ml (5 x 10⁵ cells/ml at resuscitation). Subculture when cells reach 5 x 10⁵ -1 x 10⁶ cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO₂, 37°C. 20% FBS can be used at resuscitation.
