Detection of SIRPgamma (but note cross reaction with SIRPalpha and SIRPbeta).
Biochem/physiol Actions
The hybridoma cell line OX-117 secretes monoclonal IgG1 antibodies reactive with human signal regulatory protein gamma but it cross reacts with SIRPalpha and SIRPbeta.
Preparation Note
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Seed at 5 x 104 cells/ml (5 x 105 cells/ml at resuscitation). Subculture when cells reach 5 x 105 - 1 x 106 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO2, 37°C. 20% FBS can be used at resuscitation.
