Recombinant human signal regulatory protein gamma (SIRPgamma)

Detection of SIRPgamma (but note cross reaction with SIRPalpha and SIRPbeta).

The hybridoma cell line OX-117 secretes monoclonal IgG1 antibodies reactive with human signal regulatory protein gamma but it cross reacts with SIRPalpha and SIRPbeta.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Seed at 5 x 10⁴ cells/ml (5 x 10⁵ cells/ml at resuscitation). Subculture when cells reach 5 x 10⁵ - 1 x 10⁶ cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO₂, 37°C. 20% FBS can be used at resuscitation.
