PHA activated rat lymph node cells

Mouse NS1 x Mouse BALB/c spleen

The antibody reacts mainly with high molecular weight (190-220kDa) form of leukocyte common antigen. Labels all B lymphocytes and 50% of bone marrow cells and 2% of thymocytes. The antibody is directed against CD8+ve T, NK and 75% of CD4+ve cells. Same distribution as OX-32: antibodies do not compete.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Seed at 5x10,000 viable cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5x100,000-1x1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO₂; 37°C.
