This heterohybridoma was produced by fusion of sheep lymphocytes with the HAT sensitive GA4 sheep x mouse heterohybridoma (85662502). 50 AZA SEL is also HAT sensitive and can be used as a fusion partner.

Preparation Note

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
