Biochem/physiol Actions

Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
The antibody recognises the human p62c-myc gene product. It is specific for the peptide D sequence and cross reacts with the p64/66 gene product of the mouse c-myc gene.

Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
