Sub-cloned from an azaguanine-resistant mutant of the Lou rat myeloma, S210. The cells secrete IgG kappa light chains.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
