Preparation Note
IDMEM + 2mM glutamine + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells may be slow to grow upon resuscitation and may take up to 7 days before they are ready for subculture.
