The antibody is directed against the plant growth hormone cis, trans-abscisic acid. The antibody production rate of this hybridoma has been tested at ECACC. It must be noted that this hybridoma produces less than 2μg/ml of unpurified antibody.

Preparation Note

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
