Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C. A density of 3x1,000,000 cells/ml may be achieved.
RPMI 1640 + 2 mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
