Application
Human LoVo cell line is part of the three-dimensional (3D) heterotypic spheroid model developed to assess cancer immunotherapy agents in vitro. It has been used to test the in vitro cytotoxic property and anti-proliferative property of C. lechleri stem bark essential oil.
Tumourigenicity studies
Biochem/physiol Actions
Derived from a metastatic tumour in the left supraclavicular region of a 56 year old male with adenocarcinoma of the colon. The cells produce carcino embryonic antigen (CEA).
