The antibody is directed against 100kDa acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen, common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and Daudi cells, glomeruli and proximal tubules in the kidney. The antibody used for bone-marrow purging in all suffering patients prior to autologous bone-marrow transplantation.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
