This human chimeric antibody is specifically directed against the hapten-4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenacetyl. V lambda of the endogenous light chain of plasmacytoma line complements VNP of transfected heavy chain to yield specific antibody.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
