Biochem/physiol Actions
Mouse P3X63Ag8 x Rat OFA spleen
The antibody is directed against the murine T cell IL-2 receptor. It inhibits IL-2 driven cell proliferation of T cells and B cells.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 0.05mM 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
