Biochem/physiol Actions
Derived from the fusion of the cell lines K562 and P3HR-1. The cells carry EBV genome (approximately 26 copies per cell), Fc receptors, and is sensitive to natural killer cells.

Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
