Preparation Note
IDMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells may adhere to the plastic flask - may require trypsin or shaking to remove them
