Application

The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG1.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Mouse P3U.1 x Rat DA spleen
The antibody is directed against murine interferon gamma and neutralises its antiviral activity. It also inhibits lymphokine induced murine macrophage tumoricidal activity.

Preparation Note

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
