Sheep T lymphocytes

FACS, immunohistochemical enumeration of gamma/delta T cells in staining and sheep and cattle

Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen

The antibody detects the T19 antigen expressed on gamma/delta CD4- CD8- T cells of sheep, goats and cattle. The antigen is expressed at a distinct stage during gamma/delta ontogeny and is not detected on gamma/delta thymocytes early in foetal ontogeny.

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
