Mouse NS0/U x Mouse BALB/c spleen

The antibody is reactive with 120 and 150 kDa heterodimer which is probably a member of the integrin super family.

Maintain cultures at 5x10,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. (Takes 3-4 days to reach 5x100,000 cells/ml)

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
