Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells may require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
